PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly apply a release agent to the whole surface of a die casting die by electrostatic spraying. SOLUTION: The electrostatic spraying device is provided with: a spray nozzle 2 spraying a negatively charged release agent; and air nozzles 3A, 3B arranged along the bus of a virtual positive cone with a rotating disk 1 as the bottom face and stuck to two places symmetrical to the center of the disk 1 in the radial direction of the disk 1. The electrostatic coating is performed in such a manner that a positively charged die 6 is covered with release mist 13. After the completion of the application to the die 6, a control section 8 beforehand storing coating completion time gives a command to a switching means 7, and the switching means 7 flows a charge electrified to the die 6 to an earth.
