PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a specific method for providing or acquiring control information for controlling external device according to a video reproduced by a general purpose video reproducing means. SOLUTION: A control signal extracting part 201 acquires video data including device control information for controlling the external devices, which is read from an optical disk OD and output by an optical disk reproducing device 111, and then, extracting the information for controlling the external device according to respective blocks, so as to output the information respectively to a fan air volume control part 202, a pedal load control part 203, and a travelling distance calculating part 204. Based on the output information, a fan air volume control part 202 controls a fan 133, the pedal load control part 203 controls a bicycle device 134, and the travelling distance calculating part 204 controls the optical disk reproducing device 111 via a reproduction control part 205, based on the information output from the control signal extracting part 201 and pedal rotation information output from the bicycle device 134.
