PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small process control indicator batch-controlling a plurality of data which are process control information such as completion of sterilization or disinfection and confirmation of not being a non-sterilized state after sterilization, and product management information such as lots, accurately performing process control with the clear change of color tones, easily manufactured with simple structure, and stably storable for a long period of time at an ordinary temperature. SOLUTION: The process control indicator 1 is formed with at least a part of an identification code 2 or formed with a coat covering at least a part of a non-discolored identification code, on a base material 4 or on a product to be process-controlled, with an ink layer discolored under the sterilizing and disinfecting conditions of a sterilizing process of the product to be process-controlled or under overheating conditions of a storage process.
