摘要

Disclosed is a zinc-coated steel sheet having various properties including corrosion resistance and adhesion properties and exhibiting excellent conductivity at low surface pressures. Specifically disclosed is a zinc-coated steel sheet having thereon a surface-treating coating film in an amount of 50 to 1200 mg/m2, which is produced by applying a surface-treating agent on the surface of the zinc-coated steel sheet and drying the steel sheet by heating, wherein the surface-treating agent comprises a water-soluble zirconium compound, a tetraalkoxysilane, a compound having an epoxy group, a chelating agent, a silane coupling agent, vanadinic acid, and a metal compound in specified proportions and has a pH value of 8 to 10.
