Device for vacuum casting consists of a tank (5), a pipe (3), a vacuum cascade (2), a vacuum cover (1), a lifting platform (39), a vacuum device (24) and a processor (41); whereby the tank (5) is connected through the pipe (3) with the cascade (2), which is attached to the cover (1), which is hermetically enclosed with the adjacent lifting platform (39), whereby the pipe (3), the cascade (2) and the cover (1) are connected to the vacuum device (24) via the line (22). The atmospheric pressure above the molten metal in the tank (5) and the vacuum in the cover (1), the cascade (2) and in the pipe (3) causes the liquid metal is transformed from the bottom of the tank (5), where the purest metal is, through the pipe (3) to the vacuum cascade (2), through which metal flows slowly, whereby the liquid metal gets rid of gas impurities until it gets to the outlet hole (18), from which flows into the evacuated mould (6). The automatic casting process is controlled by the control processor (41). |
