摘要 <p>The system has an ultrasonic transducer (4) provided above a maximum level of fluids in a viscosity-graduated beaker (1). The transducer is placed such that ultrasonic waves are perpendicular to fluids surface in the beaker, where the waves reflected from the fluids are received. The transducer comprises an electronic control circuit, an evaluation circuit and a power supply. The ultrasonic transducer is inserted within a tube (3) whose surface has a symmetrical shape i.e. cylindrical shape, of a truncated cone and has geometrical axis coinciding with geometric axis of a nozzle of the beaker.</p>
