The rotor comprises several weights (30A) that are connected and rotated with a rotor casing (10A). An inner and outer virtual orbits are defined when the rotor casing is rotated and the weights are moved back and forth in the inner and outer virtual orbits by a force action-at-distance to form non-balances. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) generating set for physical energy converting rotor; and (2) rotating method for physical energy converting rotor.
