The machine (1) has a cylinder drum (2) rotating around an axis of rotation (D), where the drum comprises concentric piston housings (3) longitudinally receiving pistons (4). The pistons are assembled by rolling units (W) in the form of rollers e.g. cylindrical roller, in the housings by a smooth bearing (G) i.e. smooth hydrostatic discharge bearing. A frontal zone of each rolling unit and a circulation path (6) comprise a sectioned edge (P). A pressure bag between a cavity (16) and the rolling units assures hydrostatic discharge of the rolling units.
