<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a migration-inhibiting additive requiring an amount smaller than that of a conventional one to obtain high migration-inhibiting effect. <P>SOLUTION: The migration-inhibiting additive contains 30 wt.% or more of a saturated fatty acid and 3-30 wt.% of a saturated fatty acid of 24C or more (a lignoceric acid) in the whole of the constituent fatty acid thereof, and contains 2 wt.% or less of a trans fatty acid.
