<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel excellent in heat resistance under a high temperature environment, and having a wide lateral-directional contrast visibility angle. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid crystal panel is laminated with a composite polarizing plate 10 provided with a transparent protection film 40 on one face of a polarizer 30 comprising a polyvinyl alcohol resin, and a biaxial phase difference film 20 comprising an olefin resin, on an opposite face thereof, to face a phase difference film 20 side of the composite polarizing plate to a TN mode liquid crystal cell 50, on both faces of the liquid crystal cell 50, and satisfies Expression (1) 0.13<Ro/Rc≤0.34 and Expression (2) 0.17≤Rth/Rc<0.54, where Ro represents an in-plane phase difference value of the phase difference film 20, Rth represents a thickness-directional phase difference value thereof, and Rc represents an in-plane phase difference value of the liquid crystal cell 50 when no voltage is impressed thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
