<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system and an image processor for allowing a user to easily comprehend whether execution of a function is permitted to him/her or not. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP (Multi Function Peripheral )100 can execute each of functions such as printing, FAX transmitting, and electronic mail transmitting for image data, and further, has a function to restrict using of each function. Then, the MFP 100 determines whether execution of each function is permitted for every image data or not. Determination of permission is made according to the attributes (extension, flag of confidential information, and data quantity etc.) of image data. After determination on execution permission, the result is notified.
