PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in sensing accuracy of a sensing device caused by electrostatic induction noise. SOLUTION: Here is provided a sensing device 100. The sensing device 100 includes a sensing circuit 1 formed on an array substrate 11 so as to output a signal indicating the sensing result, a sample hold circuit 2 formed on the array substrate 11 so as to sample the signal output from the sensing circuit 1 and to output a voltage of each sample while holding it only for a fixed period of time, and a shield electrode 19 covering the sample hold circuit 2 in a direction perpendicular to the array substrate 11 while sandwiching the sample hold circuit 2 between the shield electrode and the array substrate 11.
