<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve memory management without garbage collection that stops a program for a long time, or using an additional API (Application Program Interface). <P>SOLUTION: The memory management method is provided to manage a memory 103 in which areas of a garbage collected Java heap memory 111 and a non-garbage collected external heap memory 112 can be secured, by using a Java program 104 executed by a processor 102 in a computer 101.
