PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for metal laminates which is applicable as a laminated film for a two-piece can and excellent in moldability in can manufacturing and beverage flavor properties, a film-laminated metal sheet, and a film-laminated metal container. SOLUTION: In a film for coating a drawing/pulling can, a thermoplastic polyester film is formed of a three-layer constitution of a thermoplastic polyester layer A, a thermoplastic polyester layer B, and a coating layer, the thermoplastic polyester layer A and the thermoplastic polyester layer B are formed of a polyester resin composition mainly containing copolyester produced from an ethylene terephthalate component and an ethylene isophthalate component and contain 0.50-1.50 wt.% of inert particles of 3-5μm in particle size, and the content of the inert particles of 3-5μm in particle size is 0.4 wt.% or smaller. The coating layer has a thickness of 0.002-0.5 g/m<SP>2</SP>and contains a low molecular weight lubricant component. The coefficient of the dynamic friction of the surface of the film while a steel ball to which a load of 2 kg is applied in an environment of 150°C is made to be a slider after can manufacturing in which the film existing by being laminated on a metal substrate is subjected to remelting (so called remelt treatment) by the heat of at least its melting point and quenched rapidly is 0.20 or lower.
