PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis adjusting structure of a motorcycle capable of smoothly guiding an optical axis adjusting tool to an optical axis adjusting unit, and enhancing the appearance. SOLUTION: The optical axis adjusting structure of the motorcycle 10 having a meter panel 40 and a body cover 48 surrounding the meter panel 40, has a main bolt 118 which is located before the meter panel 40 to adjust the optical axis direction of a headlight 82. The body cover 48 covers the main bolt 118. A cylindrical part 124 which is opened toward the main bolt 118 to guide the optical axis adjusting tool 122 is formed on the body cover 48.
