PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can easily prevent penetration of raindrops or the like, and can sufficiently maintain weatherability. SOLUTION: An electronic circuit part 2 is included in a casing 1. Two circuit boards are vertically housed in the electronic circuit part 2. A front side heat dissipation fin 4 in a heat sink of the one circuit board is provided with a front side duct 1a, and a rear side heat dissipation fin 5 in a heat sink of the other circuit board is provided with a rear side duct 1b. Outside air is distributed upward to the rear side heat dissipation fin 5, and is distributed downward to the front side heat dissipation fin 4 by electric fans 3a, 3b to forcibly cool the two circuit board.
