PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering member which is easily mounted to a covered member, and is manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: A first ring member provided with a first pawl, made of a metallic spring material and forming a ring shape with an end is mounted to a first mounting part of a covering member 1. The first pawl is positioned on a first opposed face side of a first panel, and projects toward a peripheral edge of a first opening on a first opposed face under a first mounting condition, and is tapered in a manner that projecting height gets smaller toward the opposite portion of the first opposed face from the portion on the first opposite face side.
