PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a power generating structure of a vehicle to generate electric power at all times during usual running of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The power generating structure of a bicycle 1A includes a vibration absorbing device 30 for absorbing vibrations which the bicycle 1A receives from a road surface during running of the bicycle 1A. The power generating structure includes a power generation device 50 in which the vibration absorbing device 30 has a fluid circuit 40 placed inside a frame 10 of the bicycle 1A to allow a fluid to flow through the fluid circuit 40 due to vibrations borne by the bicycle 1A and which is actuated due to flowing energy of fluid caused by the vibration absorbing device 30.
