The technical solution relates to the construction sliding prefabricated reinforced concrete crash barrier with a lamelliform lock fitted with plates (3) connected with the longitudinal bar (6) in the rows below them and steel reinforcement. Faces of adjacent reinforced concrete segments (1) of precast barrier have the upper recess (2), in which is mounted system fixed plates (3) with the coaxial opening, whereby both plate system (3) adjacent segments (1) of reinforced concrete are jointed in oval openings by connecting rods (4) through the coaxial oval holes of locking element (5). Locking element (5) may create the connecting inserts of plates (3) having a width equal to or greater than the width of plates (3), which are at least from one outer side coaxially connected to each other.
