PURPOSE: A solid internal liquid capable of preventing counter current, a composition electrode using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent reference electrodes from being contaminated, since external pollutants are mixed with the internal liquid. CONSTITUTION: The lower end of an inner glass body(12b) is integrated with the inner circumference of an external glass body(12a) inside the external glass body. The external glass body forms a glass body(12) for producing an inner space(14) to be divided. A porous pin(15) passes through the external glass body of the glass body to connect the outside of the glass body and an outer space. A measuring electrode(19) forms a reference electrode(17).
