<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing agent storage vessel which is lightweight, hardly makes a gas permeate or has a high pressure storing property, and is made of a resin and a fire extinguisher equipped with the fire extinguishing agent storage vessel. <P>SOLUTION: A fire extinguishing agent storage vessel 10 is designed for the fire extinguisher 100 and is molded by using the resin containing a pigment without seams except its opening.
