LOSS ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND LOSS ANALYSIS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loss analysis system and a loss analysis program that indicates effective information to effectively eliminate a working loss.

SOLUTION: The loss analysis system 1 is configured to analyze a working loss in an assembling process performing a plurality of sub-processes comprising a plurality of working elements in parallel. The loss analysis system includes a working value table 52 for each working time which correlates working time information to identify a working time of each working element included in each sub-process with working value identifying information to identify a working value of each working element included in each sub-process, and a removing target identifying unit 41 which identifies the working elements that should be eliminated fully or partially among working elements included in each sub-process based on the working time information and working value identifying information stored in the working value table 52 for each working time.
