<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively separating ruthenium after separating platinum from hydrochloride acidic solution containing the platinum group. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the method for separating the ruthenium, in which after removing the platinum from the solution containing the platinum group, the ruthenium in the solution is made to the tetravarent chloride ion, and ammonia chloride is added to precipitate the ruthenium, wherein for example, to the hydrochloride acidic solution containing the platinum group, the ammonium chloride is added while adjusting chlorine ion concentration to 0.5-3 mol/L, and after solid-liquid separating and removing the precipitation containing the generated platinum, the ruthenium is precipitated by adding the ammonium chloride while adjusting the chlorine ion concentration in the filtrated solution to≥5 mol/L and 800-900 mV ORP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
