<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping device, maintaining the sleeping depth of an object person at an intermediate level by simple processing. <P>SOLUTION: The sleeping device 1 is a sleeping device, which maintains the sleeping depth of an object person M in the sleeping state to a sleeping depth S2 of an intermediate level lighter than the maximum level. The device includes: an acquiring part 2 for acquiring object person information that influences sleeping of the object person M; a select part 4 for selecting a prediction model PM showing a change in sleeping depth to the sleeping hours of the object person M among preset prediction models PM1, PM2, etc. based on the object person information acquired by the acquiring part 2; and a stimulus applying part 6 for applying maintaining stimulus for maintaining the sleeping depth of the object person M to the sleeping depth S2 of the intermediate level to the object person M based on the prediction model PM selected by the select part 4.
