<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise a glass composition for forming an electrode and an electrode-forming material hardly causing blisters or the aggregation of AL, and suitable for forming an Al-Si alloy layer and p+electrolytic layer; thereby to reduce manufacturing cost of a silicon solar cell, while enhancing characteristics of the silicon solar cell such as optoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A glass composition for forming the electrode includes, as a glass composition, in terms of oxides in mass%, 60-90% Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>; 2-25% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>; 0-25% ZnO; 0.01-20% MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO; and 0-25% SiO<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
