PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch and a patch preparation having a self-adhesive layer with a sufficient thickness, as well as appropriate skin adhesiveness and flexibility, resistant to falling off from a skin even when a load is applied to a side opposite to a surface of the patch or patch preparation adhered to the skin, i.e. an exposed surface of a support of the patch or patch preparation, and giving low irritation to the skin. SOLUTION: The patch is produced by forming a self-adhesive layer obtained by crosslinking a liquid rubber containing a crosslinkable functional group in a molecule in the presence of a crosslinking agent having a functional group number of ≤3 and a catalyst on at least one surface of the support, and the patch preparation is prepared by incorporating a pharmaceutical agent in the self-adhesive layer.
