PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: the number of components is numerous, a structure is complicated, and the whole device is large-sized concerning the conventional lens barrel. SOLUTION: A lens barrel includes: a fixed barrel 2 for providing a support face 31 being in contact with a reference face L3a of a three-group lens L3; a three-group lens holding frame 6 for holding to nip the three-lens group L3 together with the fixed barrel 2 while biasing the reference face L3a on the support face 31.
