PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampler enabling all samplings of fine matter, a sampling method, and a sampling system. SOLUTION: The sampler is equipped with a sampling capillary 7 and a capturing implement 15 connected to the sampling capillary and a pump 102 for sucking the sampling capillary under vacuum, through the capturing implement 15 and bacteria which is a sampling target can be sampled into the sampling capillary, or the capturing implement connected to the sampling capillary 7 by driving the pump.
