BIOMATERIAL FOAMED PLASTIC COMPRISING WATER AS FOAMING AGENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A biomaterial foamed plastic comprising water as foaming agent is made of the following raw materials (based on weight parts): 50-80 parts of renewable biomaterial, 5-25 parts of water, 5-40 parts of polyolefin, 3-10 parts of plasticizer, 0-5 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.5-5 parts of compatibilizer, 0-3 parts of nucleating agent and 0-3 parts of lubricant. The preparation method of the foamed plastic comprises the following steps: 1) sequentially adding said raw materials according to its ratio to high speed mixer, stirring at 60-150? for 3-30mins, mixing uniformly, cooling and discharging; 2) adding the uniform material obtained above to normal screw extruder, extruding and foaming at 90-200?. The expansion ratio of the foamed product obtained is between 5-50 times; the density is 0.01-0.1g/cm3; and the product can be used in food package, industrial product package and the like.
