The exercise pole (1) has a wheel (3) attached at a lower end of an elongate pole (2). A lower arm support (4) is hingably attached at an upper end of the elongate pole. An inclination angle (alpha) of the lower arm support is variable against a pole longitudinal axis. The arm support is pivotable to the larger inclination angle against a force of a spring or an elastic resetting element. The elongate pole is designed as a telescopable pole and consists of tubular elements (5, 5'), which are lockable by a clamping screw (6) and/or a stop element.
