The container (1) has a flexible foil, which is locked with a material-fit connection for a concentrate in a sealed manner. An outlet opening (2) is formed in the foil at a chamber containing the concentrate. The outlet opening is locked by a material-fit, form-fit and/or force-fit locking element (3), which is detachably attached to the foil at an outer side of the outlet opening. A handling region (3.1) is provided at the locking element. The handling region is firmly connected with the container at a side of the handling region.
