The present invention describes a linear device for generating electricity from the kinetic energy of a terrestrial vehicle, constituted by at least one coil (6); a series of magnets (3) placed close to the coil but not in contact therewith; and a conduit connected to the coils and to a device for storing or distributing energy. Said generating device comprises: i) a hollow longitudinal supporting element (8) embedded in a fixed part (7), which, within, supports the coils (6); at least one longitudinally hollow rail (5) connected on one of the walls such that the opening of the rail (5) is exposed for housing means (4) for sliding the series of magnets (3); and ii) at least one rod (2) connected to the series of magnets (3), for linear sliding thereof. |
