PURPOSE: A device for controlling the tilt angle of a vehicle seat is provided to solve the problem with the incomplete return of a locking member to a locking position after successful unlocking. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the tilt angle of a vehicle seat comprises a first locking member(2a), an electric unit(4), and a centering unit(5). The electric unit rotates around a rotating axis(3) to unlock the first locking member. The centering unit is arranged between the first locking member and the electric unit. The centering unit enables the electric unit to strike a balance at the start position. The centering unit is formed to be able to rotate to the first locking member. The centering unit rotates around the rotating axis by a first angular range and a second angular range.
