摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejecting head capable of obtaining a sufficient displacement amount of a piezoelectric element by applying an electric field surpassing a coercive electric field, and suppressing the reduction of the displacement amount of the piezoelectric element even if repeatedly driven, a liquid ejecting apparatus, and an actuator. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 300 comprises a first electrode 60 formed in an upper part of a flow path-formed substrate 10, a piezoelectric layer 70 formed in an upper part of the first electrode 60, and a second electrode 80 formed in an upper part of the piezoelectric layer 70. The piezoelectric layer 70 comprises a first piezoelectric membrane 71 composed of a two-component type lead titanate zirconate, and a second piezoelectric membrane 72 disposed at a first electrode 60 side of the first piezoelectric membrane 71 and composed of a multi-component type lead titanate zirconate containing an additive metal element other than zirconium and titanium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
