<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy and stability of stereo images, without causing doubling of errors among images which constitute the stereo image. <P>SOLUTION: The main camera of cameras 10 photographs a main image constituting a stereo image. The reference camera of the camera 10 photographs a reference image constituting the stereo image. A difference image generating section 216 detects the differences in the coordinate values between the main image and the reference image and generates a difference image. An error calculating section 217 calculates the correction values for the coordinate values of the main image and the reference image, based on the differential image. A sectionally clipping section 205 extracts a sectional image from the main image, based on a shift value calculated by a camera center detection section 202. Furthermore, a sectionally clipping section 215 extracts a sectional image from the reference image, based on the correction value calculated by the error calculating section 217. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
