<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable subdivision of a channel without enlarging pressure loss and also to enable avoidance of the possibility of a short circuit, between a flow sensor and a straightening member near the flow sensor, even if the channel is subdivided. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid measuring instrument includes a channel-dividing member 82 which divides the channel, and the flow sensor 12, which is so provided that it can detect a flow of a fluid in some of divided channels 81. The channel-dividing member 82 includes an electrically insulating portion 83 and a metal portion, and the insulating portion 83 forms the surface of the divided channel 81 wherein the flow sensor 12 is positioned, while the metal portion forms the channel-dividing member 82 other than the insulating portion 83. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
