<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decline in the usability of heating and bath reheating as much as possible when a user simultaneously requires heating and bath reheating. <P>SOLUTION: This bath heating facility includes a circulation amount changing means capable of freely changing the circulation amount of hot water in a bathtub 10 circulated in a bath circulation passage 33.
