PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch exchange capable of making telephone call charge as small as possible and answering an incoming call more securely. SOLUTION: The private branch exchange is connected to a public network and a local network and makes call connections associated with a plurality of telephone sets connected to the local network. It also includes an extension-simultaneous-call-storage-unit which mutually relates and stores at least one telephone set connected to the local network and at least one mobile communication terminal, a route selection unit which determines whether there is a telephone-set related to a mobile communication terminal working as an call destination with reference to the extension-simultaneous-call-storage-unit when one of the plurality of telephone sets originates a call to the mobile communication terminal, and a call control unit which calls both the mobile communication terminal working as the call destination and the related telephone-set when the route selection unit determines that there is the telephone-set related to the mobile communication terminal working as the call destination.
