PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requiring correcting the error of a measurement result for an image processing apparatus and to precisely operate a particular function at a distance to a user as a trigger because an error occurs in the measurement result, depending on the image processing apparatus and the operating clock of an external apparatus which the user has, in making the image processing apparatus measure the distance to the user with radio communication. SOLUTION: A specific value is designated to be within the range of an error which can occur, according to each function of the image processing apparatus.
