PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum feeder capable of efficiently and surely taking out slender bar-shaped members such as Ose one by one from a drum storing the rod-shaped members in deposited states. SOLUTION: This drum feeder includes the rotatable drum 1 having two or more opening parts 3 on an outer periphery and a member guide 5 having a curved surface facing to an outer peripheral surface of the drum 1, and stores the bar-shaped members 4 in the drum 1. A member storing part 6 including a member receiving surface and a member feed surface is provided on drum rotating direction rear sides of the opening parts 3. The member receiving surface is directed to the drum outside and is projected in the drum rotating direction and is directed to the drum inside at an angle of 0 to 15°from a position intersecting the member feed surface. The length of the drum rotating direction is made 0.7 to 1.5 times as long as a long width of the member 4. The member feed surface is directed in the drum rotating direction, and a position intersecting the member receiving surface is made 1 to 1.5 times as long as a short width of the member 4 in the drum radius direction from the curved surface.
