A measurement device is provided with a first measurement unit (101), which determines k first measurement values by means of measuring a set of first biogenous data at least k times (k ? 2); a scattering signature generation unit (104) which generates k scattering signatures by performing signature computation against the aforementioned k first measurement values, using k scattering signature keys that are different from each other and whereby a signature generation key can be restored only when all of the aforementioned k scattering signature keys are assembled; a signature synthesis unit (106) which restores a signature by synthesizing the aforementioned k scattering signatures; and a steady-state verification unit (107), which verifies whether or not the aforementioned signature restored by the aforementioned signature synthesis unit is a correct signature that indicates that the aforementioned k first measurement values are equivalent, using a signature verification key that corresponds to the aforementioned signature generation key.
