<p>A gas filling machine is composed of sensors (10) under the mouths of gas bottles, valves (11), a gas filling gun (15) and a programmable logic controller (9). The programmable logic controller (9) controls the gas filling steps, opens and closes the corresponding valve (11) in turn and circularly to fill an automobile gas box with gas, and closes the valve (11) till the value of the pressure sensor (12) nearby the gas filling gun (15) is equal to the rated pressure value inside the automobile gas box, thus the gas filling steps are finished. A gas filling station is composed of multiple gas bottles and gas filling machines, which utilizes the multiple gas bottles to supply high pressure gas alternatively and circularly so as to continuously fill automobile gas boxes with gas by the gas filling machines. The gas filling machine and the gas filling station avoid the need of any peripheral power device to compress gas and can fill automobile gas boxes with gas independently.</p> |
