CELL-CULTURING CARRIER AND UTILIZATION OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical cell-culturing carrier achieving the cell culture having a high degree of freedom.

SOLUTION: This cell-culturing carrier is equipped with a polymer layer exhibiting a temperature-responding property, and a cell-culturing region obtained by plasma-treating the surface part of the polymer layer by a reactive gas. The cell-culturing carrier is provided by avoiding or inhibiting the use of a cell adhesion factor and being equipped with the temperature-responding property and cell adhesion property.
