PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely, appropriately and surely search for service information that a user wants to obtain from a prescribed information group as an object of search without selecting a search method. SOLUTION: An information search device is configured to accept the input of a search keyword for searching for service information, and to specify and extract the service information based on the accepted search keyword, and to determine words recommended as the search keyword for narrow-down search as recommended search keywords (recommended words) from among words included in the specified service information, and to calculate the degree of recommendation based on recommended basic points about each of the determined recommended search keywords, and to display the determined recommendation search keywords as well as the calculated degree of recommendation, and to accept the selection of the recommended search keywords to be used as the search keyword for narrow-down search, and to specify and output service information based on the search keyword and the recommended search keyword.
