<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a blur path causing motion which may occurs when an exposure time is extremely short as compared with a frame period and gives an impression of discontinuity during reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: The video processing apparatus includes a motion detection unit which detects motion between frames from video data, a filter coefficient generation section which generates a filter coefficient on the basis of detection results of the motion detection unit, and a filter which averages pixel values of the video data in a path of the motion between the frames by filtering the video data with the filter coefficient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
