PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide a part of a game value stored by electronic data and distribute the same to other people. SOLUTION: When a storage medium where a game value is written is charged, loan of game medium can be received according to the game value. When the game medium is acquired in a game, the game media are counted and reflected on the game value. When a request to the effect that some of the game value is divided is given, a designated amount of game value is written to the storage medium charged by a game customer and returned. The remaining game value is distributed to the game value of the storage medium previously stored inside to continue the game. Thus, the storage medium where some of the game value is divided and written can be distributed to other people. At this time, the game value is written not to the stored storage medium, but written to the storage medium charged by the game customer, which is dispensed to thereby simplify the structure and control of the game medium loaning apparatus.
