PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily obtaining an ultrasonic diagnosis image suitable for diagnosis without manual complicated resetting even if an obtained ultrasonic diagnosis image is not an image suitable for diagnosis. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic image processing display device includes: a means 14 for storing image generation parameters of two or more characteristic items in obtaining an ultrasonic display image in association with an ultrasonic reflection signal and an ultrasonic display image; a means 13 for comparing each characteristic item of a specific image generation parameter at this time with each character item of the two or more image generation parameters stored by an image generation condition storage means when a specific ultrasonic reflection signal is obtained and a specific ultrasonic display image is obtained from the ultrasonic reflection signal, and selecting an image generation parameter which the contents of the respective characteristic items of the specific image generation parameter most match; and a means for converting the specific ultrasonic reflection signal and the specific ultrasonic display image according to the image generation parameter to thereby obtain an ultrasonic display image.
