PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil bobbin structure and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein wiring works and connection works for a winding start section, a winding end section, and a signal line for performing external input are efficiently performed in a voice coil bobbin of a loudspeaker and a voice coil type drive coil used for focusing to an object at a camera lens of a digital camera or a portable phone mounted with a camera. SOLUTION: The coil bobbin structure includes a substantially cylinder shaped bobbin body 1, ribbon-shaped conductive foils 2A and 2B, and a drive coil 3. The conductive foils 2A and 2B are arranged aslant at the circumference of the bobby body 1 to face each other in changed phase. The drive coil 3 is wound and installed at the circumference of the bobbin body 1.
