摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further accurately control the temperature in a combustion chamber, while restraining an energy loss. SOLUTION: This internal combustion engine includes a turbine 10 arranged in an exhaust flow passage 2 of the internal combustion engine, a compressor 20 arranged in an intake flow passage 1 of the internal combustion engine, a rotor having a plurality of partition walls, a casing 40 for storing the rotor and a control part for controlling driving of the rotor. The casing 40 includes a first introducing part connected to the intake flow passage 1 on the downstream side of the compressor 20, a second introducing part connected to the intake flow passage 1 on the upstream side of the compressor 20, a first discharge part for discharging primary air provided by rotating a rotor driving motor to the intake flow passage 1 communicating with the combustion chamber 7 of the internal combustion engine and a second discharge part for discharging secondary air provided by rotating the rotor driving motor to the intake flow passage 1 communicating with the combustion chamber 7. The control part controls a rotating speed of the rotor driving motor so as to expand the primary air introduced from the first introducing part and to compress the secondary air introduced from the second introducing part.
