PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change specification between a first pocket specification and a second pocket specification at low costs. SOLUTION: A wide-width groove-like housing recess 30 formed in a check housing part 10 is partitioned by a partitioning member 15 into two of a first and a second housing pockets 13 and 14 to form a check processing device 1 with two pocket specification. The partitioning member 15 can be attached/detached to/from an installation part formed in a bottom surface of the housing recess 30, and a pocket cover can be installed in place of the partitioning member 15 to change specification of the check processing device 1 to the first pocket specification wherein all parts except the first housing pocket 13 and a first branch passage 11 are closed.
